House of Syren | Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At House of Syren, we take ultimate pride in the bespoke craftsmanship and silhouette of every single piece. To maintain absolute standards of hygiene, health safety, and exceptional product purity, we enforce a strict yet transparent policy governing all orders.

1. The 3-Day Return & Refund Policy (Defective/Incorrect Items Only)

Customers have a strict window of 3 days (72 hours) from the exact time of delivery recorded by our logistics partner to initiate a claim for a return or refund.

  • Conditional Eligibility: Refunds or returns are exclusively approved if you receive a structurally damaged garment, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect product packed by our workshop.

  • No Change-of-Mind Refunds: We do not offer refunds, returns, or store credits for personal style preferences, fabric "feel," or change of mind.

  • The Mandatory Unboxing Video: We enforce an unedited, uninterrupted unboxing video requirement. The video must clearly capture the intact shipping label, tracking details, and the physical opening of the outer delivery bag/box. No claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items will be evaluated without this verified proof.

🛑 CRITICAL HYGIENE EXEMPTIONS (STRICTLY FINAL SALE) Due to strict health regulations and the delicate, intimate nature of specific apparel fabrics, the following collections are permanently classified as Final Sale upon fulfillment. We accept absolutely zero returns, refunds, store credits, or size exchanges under any circumstance (unless verified as damaged via your unboxing video):

  • Intimate Lingerie & Intimate Apparel: Underwear, panties, thongs, briefs, bralettes, and intimate matching sets.

  • Boudoir & Sleepwear: Babydolls, chemises, teddies, and negligees.

  • Sheer, Mesh & Lace Garments: Sheer dresses, mesh overlays, see-through catsuits, bodysuits (including those with snap closures or integrated liners), and delicate lace-only garments.

  • Shapewear & Hosiery: Corsets, waist cinchers, thigh-high stockings, tights, socks, and adhesive body bras.

  • Custom & Sale Items: Any custom-tailored measurements, personalized adjustments, clearance archive items, and digital gift cards.

2. 3-Day Replacement & Size Exchange Policy

For eligible apparel categories (such as standard dresses, casual lounge wear, and matching sets), we want your House of Syren silhouette to offer an impeccable fit. You have 3 days post-delivery to request a size swap.

  • Size Adjustments: Complimentary exchange logistics are provided if you require a different size in the exact same design, subject to inventory availability. If your requested size is out of stock, a store credit will be issued. (Note: This completely excludes all items listed under the Hygiene Exemptions clause above—lingerie, sheer dresses, and babydolls cannot be exchanged for size under any circumstance).

3. How to Initiate a Verification Claim

Please follow these steps strictly to request an authorized return or exchange:

  1. Email our client care desk at hello@houseofsyren.in within 72 hours of delivery.

  2. State your full Name, Order Number (#XXXX), and precise reason for your request.

  3. Attach the mandatory unedited raw unboxing video and high-resolution images of the defect/item.

  4. Once verified and approved by our team, you will receive an authorized Return Shipping Label along with structured pickup guidelines.

⚠️ Warning: Items returned to our facility or warehouse without an officially issued Return Authorization (RA) or matching verification documentation will be automatically rejected and sent back to the sender at their expense.

4. Reversal and Refund Timelines

Upon physical arrival of your authorized return at our verification facility, our specialists will complete a comprehensive quality check within 3 business days.

  • Approved Returns: Approved refunds for damaged or incorrect items will trigger an automated credit processing sequence back to your original source payment network (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet) within 10 business days.

  • Rejections: If an item fails physical inspection (e.g., shows signs of wear, traces of perfume, makeup, deodorant lines, or removed security tags), the refund will be denied, and the product will be returned to you.

  • Escalations: If your banking statement does not reflect the credited amount after 15 business days from your official approval notification, please contact us immediately at hello@houseofsyren.in so we can investigate.
